The short version.

You are buying temporary exclusive promotional placement on The Internet’s Front Door. Your chosen name is displayed as the current owner and, if supplied, the owner tag links to your URL. You remain the owner until another purchaser successfully takes the door.

What this is

This is promotional/display space, not real property, a security, an investment, or a promise of traffic, clicks, revenue or resale value. The outgoing owner receives no share of the next purchase price.

Purchases

The price shown at checkout is the price for that takeover. Where two people attempt to buy at once, the first valid purchase to secure the current version of the door wins. Any losing card authorisation is cancelled. Once ownership has transferred, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we made a technical error. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Names and links

We may refuse, remove or replace unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, infringing or abusive names or links. URLs must use HTTPS. You are responsible for the content you ask us to display or link to.

Continuity

We may pause sales temporarily for maintenance, fraud prevention or legal reasons. We will not deliberately alter a completed ownership transfer merely to favour another buyer.
